It’s not all black and white
Tell me life is black and white
That there’s a wrong and there’s a right
Where good men never rot in graves
And villains always change their ways
Now I know the world is grey
That love begins and ends in pain
There is no secret grand design
Accept the one you leave behind

In the chemigram’s project, I explored the contrast between black and white, while also working with the midtone of both colors, the scale of greys. I made an association to the colors, according to their meaning in society, attributing to the color white the meaning of good and to the color black the meaning of bad, whilst having a visual contrast they also have a contrast in meaning. But there is a middle term between them, different shades of grey. With this association, I made an association to people’s character. There are no good or bad individuals, but just people who follow different paths. In the end, we are all shades of grey.
